This book contains 13 chapters and each chapter contains technique to get best out of your life. The story starts with a profound lawyer Mr. Julian , who got heart attack  while he was in the courtroom and his colleague Mr. John was also there and shivered with shock when got the news that Mr. Julian give up all his career and went into no where.

After few days, Mr. John  found Mr. Julian in his office who was totally changed and got young. This is part of the book I was waiting for as Mr. Julian starts to tell his whole story , how he is actually looking so young.

Mr. Julian starts to telling that he went to East in search of Sages of Nirvana, and luckily found them and able to get knowledge of their immortality. Mr. Julian disclosed various techniques to get your mind control.

As per him, Mind is nothing but a garden , what you sow into it , it will leads to  a healthy mind or unhealthy. There are various techniques to control and manage your mind to get out of negative thoughts and stress which are mentioned by Mr. Julian to Mr. John. He also states various practise by which human can not only live with discipline but also  selflessly serve others.

The most techniques are mentioned are those which are used to embrace the present and follow your purpose.

MY WORDS

The book is good and also helps us to get best out of our less enjoyed life. This book and it’s techniques help to develop joyful thoughts and let us follow our life’s mission and calling. It has able to cultivate self-discipline and act courageously.

Author has developed a full fledge mindset to value time as our most important commodity. I prefer this book to those who want to stable the thoughts of their mind. This book help in that but it demands practise, who won’t get results after  one days of practise of the techniques , since this book also suggested 21 days rule to obtain a habit so, I would suggest to practise techniques mentioned in the books to 21 days and see the results.

3.5 stars out of 5

Economy and Lockdown : Relation Exposed

Well, hello again! To be honest, I sort of feel like one of those ridiculous weather forecasters standing on the dock as a hurricane whips through. Yes, economic numbers are bad. Yes, it’s likely to get worse before it gets better. At this point, the likelihood we’re headed into a recession is basically a given. Why aren’t we there already? Because a “recession” is generally described as a period of two consecutive quarters when GDP goes down, simply put, too little time has passed to make it official. There have been 33 recessions in the US since 1854, with 4 occurring after 1980. So, while they’re not a whole lot of fun, they are a pretty normal part of the business cycle. But lately, you may have heard another word floating around. Depression. Oh my...! OK OK, before we start freaking out, let’s get a clear picture of what a depression actually looks like and see what history has to teach us about softening the blow. Let’s start with the text-book definition of what...

WHAT AM I ?

A nd it’s been 23 years since am a Hindu i.e. probably by the birth. Very first I was quite a Hindu and followed every rituals which have been taught by my parents. When you gradually grown up you start questing everything when no one is there to answer your questions. Further, I was started not to even belief in God. I am a believer, despite a period of schoolboy atheist. I am proud of the history of my faith in my own words. Every morning, for longer than I can remember, I have begun my day with the prayers which was learnt by me without even knowing what it states. What is the meaning of `Hinduism’ ? Hinduism is just an experience of a culture better say an ancient culture which was in existence well before our born and is still here and will remain even after decades of death.  The word `Hindu’ did not exist in any Indian language till its use by foreigners gave Indians a term for self-definitions. Hindu thoughts also makes a ritual out of the unknowab...
